Kabir Sethi is a managing director at Bank of America, where he serves as head of Digital Banking. He joined Bank of America Merrill Lynch in March 2004. Kabir is responsible for the bank’s digital platforms and capabilities across the Online and Mobile channels. In his role, Kabir oversees digital strategy development & planning, digital solution development, user experience & design, portfolio management & execution and digital innovation.

Previously, Kabir was the head of Merrill Edge Business Integration & Delivery, where he managed the integration of the Bank of America and Merrill Lynch digital platforms into a single online and advisory platform. Merrill Edge is a unique business that combines the investment expertise of Merrill Lynch and the banking strength of Bank of America. Merrill Edge enables clients to seamlessly manage investments and banking via its online platform, phone capabilities and branch offices. Clients have the choice to manage their money on their own or get advice and guidance through the Merrill Edge Advisory Center.

Prior to joining Merrill Edge, Kabir was chief operating officer and head of Strategy for Retirement & Philanthropic Services in Global Wealth & Investment Management (GWIM). Prior to that, Kabir served in Merrill Lynch Global Investment Banking (IBK) & Private Equity. Before joining Merrill Lynch, Kabir worked at Booz Allen Hamilton in New York, a leading global management consulting firm. He worked in the Financial Services practice from 2000-04, advising a broad range of senior clients across areas of business strategy, operations and organizational change.

Frederick Crosby

Frederick leads Business Development and Marketing for Western Union Digital, the San Francisco based division of Western Union managing 24 global websites and mobile applications throughout the world that enable users to send funds to over 200 countries. Frederick’s team oversees end to end business coordination in these different markets – breaking down customer segments, aligning pricing and messaging, and reach out through traditional, digital and social marketing channels. Western Union Digital management of customer communication and marketing overcomes the unique challenge of customizing to different countries as well as myriad cultures and diasporas within those countries.

Prior to joining Western Union, Frederick worked at eBay Inc. for both the PayPal and eBay Marketplaces divisions. One of his largest roles there was to tie together the eBay and PayPal sites around the world into one cohesive experience for the global community seeking to buy and sell products overseas (cross-border trade). He improved payment and search capabilities, aligned internal trade policies, and lead marketing campaigns around the world. Frederick also led eBay’s resurgence into Large Merchant Business Development where he helped bring new inventory to satisfy customer demand via his team’s signing of marquee names like Calvin Klein, Timberland, Sony, and Toys”R”Us amongst others.

Frederick has spent most of his professional life close to technology, working in start-ups in sectors ranging from asset management software to innovative VoIP platforms. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley as well as a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.

Saras Agarwal, Managing Director, leads Digital and Multichannel Marketing for AXA U.S. Saras is responsible for strategic leadership of the company’s digital marketing function, and helps to drive the company's digital strategy, priorities, roadmap and execution - building customer centric interactions, and directly driving revenue growth and operating expense saves. Saras joined AXA from Rosetta, where he served in multiple leadership roles across the digital marketing and consulting organization. During his tenure at Rosetta, he led major initiatives in the financial services sector including developing new product offerings, leveraging digital experiences for profit enhancement, and creating digital strategies for top companies across multiple sectors, including the insurance industry. Prior to Rosetta, Saras held leadership and managerial positions in Citigroup’s US Cards business, including roles in decision sciences, e-business, and financial analysis. During his time at Citi, Saras was also directly responsible for managing the P&L of the Citi Upromise Card, an online-based portfolio. Saras has a M.B.A. in finance from The Wharton School, and a B.A. in economics from Cornell University.

Jennifer Marshalek

Her team is responsible for the development of online sales capabilities and self-service offerings, as well as the ongoing research and dedicated efforts to enhancing Nationwide’s customer experience.

Jennifer has more than 20 years of experience in a variety of sales, project management and leadership roles, most recently serving as the Vice President of Direct Sales, where she was responsible for the sales, retention and self-service functions within Nationwide Sales Solutions(sales contact centers) and the Internet. Prior to this role, Jennifer held the position of Vice President of Internet and Consumer Technologies, in which she managed strategic planning and business execution for Nationwide.com, Titan.com, Allied.com and Nationwide’s mobile applications.

Jennifer began her career at Nationwide in 1994 as an associate agent in Wilmington, Ohio, also spending time as a Liability Claims Representative in Cincinnati and Columbus, Ohio. She holds her bachelor’s degree in business management from Otterbein College, as well as her Associate in Claims (AIC) and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designations.

Donna Patel is the Head of Virtual Banking at United Bank of Glastonbury, Connecticut where she manages all non-branch delivery channels including Online Banking, Mobile Banking and ATM.  She also has overall product responsibility for the debit card portfolio and co-leads the Customer Experience Committee.

Donna’s direction has yielded significant results in just two years, including the introduction of mobile check deposit and Apple Pay; the upgrade of the Bank’s fleet of ATMs; the development of a new retail checking product for digital customers; the reissue of the Debit Card portfolio and the bank’s migration to EMV; and the implementation of key strategies to help the Contact Center handle greater call volume. She also led multiple conversion action teams during the United Bank-Rockville Bank merger and is currently guiding the execution of several projects to help the Bank stay ahead of technology trends in the industry.

Donna came to United in 2013 from Bank of America she was Senior Vice President, Online & Mobile Product Executive. She also spent ten years with Wells Fargo National Bank/Wachovia, holding the position of Senior Vice President, Consumer Online Banking Executive.

Damian Warren

Damian Warren is Senior Vice President, Omni-Channel Strategy at SunTrust. He is focused on defining the role of Digital in the future of Retail Banking, including how it will integrate with other Retail Banking channels. Damian is responsible for leading efforts on self-service awareness, adoption and migration, including the intersection between digital capabilities and the traditional role of Branch and Contact Center. In addition to his focus on driving self-service, he is also providing thought leadership on digitally assisted sales and the incremental revenue opportunity it provides. 

Prior to his current role, Damian had direct responsibility for the Consumer Channels and Consumer Product Project Management Organizations. His team was accountable for the investment, prioritization and execution of a strategic portfolio of projects. Damian also spent time in Contact Center operational roles where he provided internal consulting support.

Damian joined SunTrust in 2006 from Hewitt Associates where he had day to day operational responsibility for pension and health and welfare outsourcing engagements with Fortune 500 clients.

Mr. Warren earned his undergraduate degree from Georgia Tech and M.B.A from Georgia State University. He currently resides in Atlanta with his wife Callie, and their three children.

Kristie Helms is Vice President and Global Head of Promotions and Social Business within Global Marketing at State Street. In the role, she develops and drives marketing campaigns that bring State Street's B2B, institution-oriented business to life. 

In addition to overseeing the company’s presence on a number of social media platforms, Ms. Helms drives the development of promotional strategies across State Street’s marketing channels that are based on an analysis of industry trends, best practices, innovative ideas and audience insights. She conceptualized and implemented a social media data mining program that provides a real-time view into what the market is discussing. That marketing framework was awarded the 2014 WOMMY (Gold) Award for Social Media Monitoring Implementation.
 
In addition to leading the launch of State Street’s first social intranet in early 2014, her team’s work earned a 2014 IABC Gold Quill Merit award in Digital Communications as well as gold in the 2013 Bulldog Digital/Social PR Awards for Excellence in Online Communications.

Ms. Helms has a long history of interactive leadership. She launched Marsh & McLennan Companies’ first global intranet and developed United Cerebral Palsy of New York City’s first web site. She was a community manager and volunteer Board member for one of the web’s first social networking sites and earned a Webby award for Best Online Community in the early days of social networking – 2000. 

Ms. Helms obtained a BS in journalism from Murray State University in Murray, Kentucky and an MS in communications management from Simmons College in Boston. A former NYC tour guide, she is now active in a number of organizations and community groups in the Roslindale and Jamaica Plain neighborhoods of Boston.
